David Shilling's monumental sculptures are on show in the gardens of Holdenby House. This historic house was built by Sir Christopher Hatton, Chancellor to Queen Elizabeth I; it was a palace to James I, and later prison to Charles I. Trains run from London Euston about every half hour during peak times, and take about an hour to Northampton, and then it is a fifteen minute taxi ride. Please contact Holdenby for visiting times prior to your visit.
